Powdering:If you are creating a puree to powder, removing the hulls is not necessary, just puree it all and dry.Break your puree into pieces (or use sliced strawberries) and grind into a powder using a coffee grinder or bullet blender. Condition the powder by placing in a warmed (but off) oven on a cookie sheet, or into a protected vessel in your dehydrator to dry for 20-45 min.Stop clumping: Store in an airtight container. It can become sticky with compaction over time - use a moisture absorber or some arrowroot powder to help mitigate stickiness.Store in an airtight container in a dark, cool, dry place for up to a year.
