Notes: Use any green edible plant - spinach, kale, dandelion, carrot and radish tops, beet tops, sweet potato leaves, squash and pumpkin leaves, collard, mustard, o turnip greens, etc.Optional:Strip leaves from ribs, then cut ribs/stem into small pieces and dry on separate trays to make drying time more efficient.Yield:1 Cup fresh = 1/3 Cup dried = 1 TB powderedStore in a dark, cool, dry place for up to six months.
