Notes
Rehydrating:If using in a meal in a jar or a soup mix in a thermos, no additional rehdyration needs to happen, but you may need to add a little extra water. If rehydrating on its own 1:1 hot water is best, but you may find adjustments need to be made if your pasta is still hard, it may need more time and a little extra water.Nutrient information for dehydrated foods is based on fresh. Use 1/4 of the servicing size for the same nutrient information. Thus 1 Cup of fresh fruit has the same sugars as 1/4 dried.
