Darcy’s Whatever Seasoning is a great seasoning blend for poultry, vegetables and whatever else you have. It contains herbs you likely already have in your spice cabinet, and mimics Mrs. Dash’s seasoning blend.

Tips:

A big tip for this blend…if you don’t have one of the ingredients, skip it. If you’d prefer something else, add it. That’s why it’s called “Whatever”. Whatever you have in your spice cabinet to work together!

A seasoning blend for poultry or whatever you'd love to use it on made with whatever you have on hand. Here is a good ratio to start with to create a multi-purpose seasoning blend from dehydrated celery for your spice cabinet.

Note: You can easily adjust this to fit any herb that you love on poultry. Taste the blend, and make adjustments to suit your favorite flavor combinations.
